Description
Upload your own design and your own custom laser cut shape, and we will print your design and laser cut it to your shape. Choose from over 170 paper colors in both cover weight cardstock and text weight paper. Two size options are available: Small (5.25" x 7.25" or smaller) and Large (up to 9" x 10.75").
Processing time: 6 business days after your files are reviewed and approved.
How It Works
- Select your size, paper color, and paper thickness from the dropdowns.
- If your design uses white ink, select "Yes" under the white ink option.
- Upload your front print file (PDF with graphics and text only, no laser line).
- If your design prints on both sides, select "Yes" under doublesided printing and upload a back print file as well.
- Upload your laser file (PDF with the cut line only) separately, or upload a single combined file with both the print design and laser line together.
- For table numbers or other variable data, upload a multipage PDF and enter the total number of prints in the Quantity box.
File Setup
Your laser file should be a vector PDF with strokes only (no fills), stroke weight set to 0.01 points, and the artboard 1 inch larger than your shape on all sides. For full details on preparing both your print file and laser file, read our Printed Custom Laser Shapes Guide.
Having trouble converting an SVG or EPS file to PDF? You can place your order with just the print file uploaded, then submit your SVG or EPS laser file through our File Upload Form after placing your order. Reference your order number when you fill out the form.
Order a Proof First
We recommend ordering a proof before placing a bulk order to confirm the print quality, paper, and cut placement meet your expectations. Proofs for this product are ordered separately. Order a Single Proof Here.

Visible Hazing
Laser cutting can leave a light brown haze near the cut edges, which is especially visible on lighter colored papers. This is a normal part of the laser cutting process. Learn more about laser hazing here.
