Are you having trouble converting an SVG or EPS to a PDF file? We can help–just select your product options and upload your PDF Print File without uploading your laser cut shape, and AFTER placing your order you can upload your SVG or EPS file to our File Upload Form, referencing your new ORDER # when you fill out the form.

This is considered a customized product and is therefore not returnable. Please order a sample before placing a bulk order.

When printing at home we highly suggest purchasing a sample first. Not all printers can handle our heavy weight cardstock and unique finishes.

There may be visible hazing especially on light color papers.

We do not provide digital or photo proofs. We may send you a digital proof only if we find concerns with your file.

If you are ordering table numbers or other variable data printing please put total amount of prints in Quantity Box and upload a multipage PDF file.

Printing color ink on color paper: We strongly recommend ordering a proof before printing CMYK colors on colored paper to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the results. The ink will absorb some of the paper's pigment, which may alter the final appearance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or compensation if the color or readability is not as expected

If you choose High Gloss Sticker Paper:

High Gloss is a coated paper sticker made for indoor use and everyday handling, such as labels, packaging, and decorative accents. It is not water-resistant, so keep it away from moisture and do not use it outdoors. The printed surface does resist scratching under normal handling.

For the cleanest results, design your sticker with simple contour cuts. Very fine detail, sharp points, and thin connecting pieces can lift or tear when the sticker is applied.
