Return and Cancellation Policy


  1. Contact us to receive your Return Authorization. Please include your full name and order number in the e-mail. The printed return authorization must be included in the box with your return. Merchandise returned without Return Authorization will not receive a refund.
  2. Package the returned merchandise with extreme care. Returns damaged during transit will not receive a refund. Damaged returns are are discarded immediately and cannot be returned to sender. Do not wrap or package merchandise directly with newspaper (the ink smears on the cardstock). Extreme Care Packing tips
  3. Include a copy of the order invoice.
  4. Mail to the below address via the least expensive postal method. Return shipping expenses are not typically refunded.

  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of the purchase.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. It is STRONGLY ADVISED that all customers sample our products & be sure of what they need before placing an order.
  • Refund credits will be received within 2-3 weeks, to the credit card or paypal account of the original purchase.
  • Since Cards & Pockets offers over 13,000 products, many are custom, made-to-order and are non-returnable. Below is a list of these types of products. We offer samples on all stocked & custom products to help ensure you're ordering the correct size & color.

    • Die-cut products (Pockets, Petals & Folded Cards)
    • Clearance/discontinued items
    • Samples/Singles

    • Special orders / Custom Quoted Products

    “Special Orders” by default include large volume orders that are outside of our average order quantities and vary by product line.

    • Envelopes - 2000+ when we have communicated & manufactured specially for you
    • Cut Paper - 300+ pieces of any cut paper size (other than 8.5x11)


  1. Please contact us immediately. Orders are often being assembled within 1 hour of the order placement. All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee (minimum fee of $5.00). Custom products such as Custom Size Papers, Laser-cut products and Print Shop items are non-refundable in most cases. If refundable, Print shop items, in addition to the 5% cancellation fee, will incur a $15 fee per order to cover the cost of work already done to prepare your files for printing.
  2. To change ITEMS ORDERED, you will need to request a cancelation in the form below and place a new order. (Our standard Cancellation Policies will apply). Reordering can be done very easily from the order history of your user account.
  3. A change of SHIPPING SPEED or DELIVERY ADDRESS can be made to your existing order with the request form below.
  4. If the order has left our facility, it will need to be returned, and will be treated as a return. At this point the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
