Processing time: 1 to 4 business days after your electronic proof is approved.

What Does "You Format" Mean?

"You Format" means you provide a PDF file that is already formatted and ready to print. You handle the layout, fonts, and positioning. We handle the printing. Before uploading, review the Printing Setup Guide for file preparation tips.

Electronic Proofs

We recommend requesting an electronic proof so you can confirm the design placement and layout before we print. E-proof approval can take 1 to 3 business days. If you are certain your file is correct, you can skip the proof and go straight to production. Responding promptly to the proof approval email helps keep your order on schedule.

Ordering Tips

Orders of 25 or more are priced at the standard rate. You can also order a single proof or a smaller quantity at the sample price to check the results before committing to a full run. Use the "Order Single Proof" button to add a proof to your cart.
