Yes, we can print custom envelope designs!
- You can set up the file to our specifications yourself. (We have InDesign and Illustrator templates you can use)
- We can set up your files for you for a small customization fee.
You Set Up the Files
We have templates that you can use to help guide your setup.
We highly recommend using InDesign as it will make things much easier - free trial available
If you choose to setup your files not using our templates, here is a chart detailing the specifications for the files:

For our RSVP and Return single address printed envelopes, you may send a PDF file sized and set exactly how you would like the address to look.
Don't forget!
- We require PDF files
- We cannot print full bleed on envelopes
- Please be sure to convert all fonts to outlines/paths prior to saving in the PDF format.
- We print our envelopes open, in 1 pass so flap and front need to be combined.
- Be sure to delete the Envelope Outline Guide prior running a data merge, and upload as a PDF.
- If using a Return Address, it must be on every page with the guest addresses.
Printing in White Ink? Please follow the instructions for how your files MUST be set for white ink printing.
Please note our printer is very specific, if you do not set up every part exactly as it is in the setup page it will not print correctly. Please double check the following before sending over.
- The Spot Color is named White (spelled exactly)
- The Layer is named White (spelled exactly)
- All strokes and effects are expanded and changed to fills.
- The PDF Presets are correct and set Exactly as we have them.
We Set Up the Files
Don't have access to design software or don't feel like working on it? No worries! We can help you with your design. We are happy to work with you on custom font choices and designs.
Just go to the Custom Envelope Printing - We Format product, fill out the fields with the info (including a description of what you would like) and add it to your cart and check out. This begins the process for your custom order. Once we receive your order we will email you and request any other materials needed.
Please Note, this initial purchase will cover one round of edits. Any additional changes will be charged at $10 per change.
