Are you having trouble converting an SVG or EPS to a PDF file? We can help–just select your product options and upload your PDF Print File without uploading your laser cut shape, and AFTER placing your order you can upload your SVG or EPS file to our File Upload Form, referencing your new ORDER # when you fill out the form.

Important Information

  • This is considered a customized product and is therefore not returnable. Please order a sample before placing a bulk order.
  • When printing at home we highly suggest purchasing a sample first. Not all printers can handle our heavy weight cardstock and unique finishes.
  • There may be visible hazing especially on light color papers.

I have had two projects with the laser cutting, both front and back. 1 - digital ink with white paper, 2 - white ink with colored paper. The first order with the white paper showed the burn edges and in a light case, some burn to the frontside. My client didn't mind it, but it isn't what I will use in the future. HOWEVER, the second order, the colored paper doesn't show the light brown burns and is gorgeous work.

I love using you all for envelopes and supplies but I was quite disappointed with the results of the past service. The colors were completely diluted, paper was incredibly thin causing a bend, and the shape of the cuts were slightly off. I followed all of your guidelines and even tested on my own printer which I luckily have and they turned out better on there. As I mentioned, I enjoy using you for other items so wanted to provide honest feedback. Thanks!

I created a fun custom shape for my wedding client on procreate and C&P was very helpful when my design wasn't perfect for printing. They followed my instructions and the printed design came out even better than expected! High quality for reasonable pricing
