How It Works

When a standard envelope is temporarily out of stock, this product lets you get the exact color and size you need without waiting for our regular inventory to be restocked. Our team cuts, scores, folds, and assembles each envelope using the same premium paper stocks (Colorplan, Stardream, and more) that we use for our standard envelopes. The result is the same high-quality envelope, made on a shorter timeline.

Envelope Adhesive

You can choose to have your envelopes gummed (adhesive applied to the flap) or left ungummed. The adhesive option is priced per envelope.

Minimum Order

The minimum order for made-to-order envelopes is 25 units. Because each envelope is manufactured individually in our warehouse, this service is priced higher than our standard stock envelopes.
