What Does "You Format" Mean?

"You Format" means you provide a PDF file that is already formatted and ready to print. You handle the layout, fonts, and positioning. We handle the printing. If you would prefer to have us format your file for you, check out our WE FORMAT Envelope Printing Add-On instead.

How It Works

1. Add this product to your cart along with your blank envelope order (or add it to an existing order that includes envelopes).
2. Select the envelope size you need printed from the dropdown.
3. Upload your print-ready PDF file.
4. Choose whether you want an electronic proof before we print, or go straight to production.

White Ink Printing

Printing in white ink on dark or metallic envelopes? Select "Yes" under the white ink option and review the White Ink File Setup Guide before uploading your file. White ink has specific file requirements that differ from standard color printing.

Good to Know

This service is priced per envelope with a minimum order of 25 units. We recommend requesting an electronic proof, especially for first-time orders, so you can confirm everything looks correct before we print. Printed envelope orders are non-refundable once production begins.
