Custom laser cut shapes are popular for invitations, menus, programs, place cards, favor tags, monograms, and decorative layers. If you can design the shape, we can cut it.
Upload a vector PDF containing only the cut line. Your file should use strokes only (no fills) with the stroke weight set to 0.01 points. The artboard should be 1 inch larger than your shape on all sides, with the shape centered. For shapes with intricate details or thin areas, keep at least 1/8 inch of space between lines. Choose from two size tiers: Small (5.25" x 7.25" or smaller) or Large (up to 9" x 10.75"). Larger shapes are priced higher.
You can choose between cover weight cardstock and text weight paper. Cardstock is the most common choice for invitations, menus, and programs. Text weight paper is thinner and works well for liners, belly bands, and overlay pieces.

Laser cutting can leave a light brown haze near the cut edges, which is especially visible on lighter colored papers. This is a normal part of the laser cutting process. Learn more about laser hazing here.
