No need to address your envelopes by hand. Send us your guest list and we will format and print every envelope for you in black ink on A7 Euro Flap envelopes (5 1/4 x 7 1/4). Black ink is the standard choice for printing on light and medium colored envelopes. Choose from over 130 envelope colors.

Processing time: 1 to 4 business days after your digital proof is approved.

What is Included

This product includes the envelope, formatting, and printing. Every order is formatted by a real person and includes a free digital proof (a PDF sent to your email) for review before we print. The digital proof does not need to be ordered or added to your cart. If you would like a physical printed proof before placing a bulk order, use the "Add Proof" button to add one to your cart.

How It Works

1. Select your envelope color from the dropdown.
2. Choose whether to include a return address on the back flap. If yes, enter your return address in the fields provided.
3. Pick a font for the guest names from our selection of 11 styles.
4. Download the address spreadsheet template, fill it in with your guest list, and upload it.
5. Once your order is placed, we will format your envelopes and email you a digital proof. Please review the proof carefully and approve it when you are ready for us to print.
6. Once approved, your envelopes go into production.

Extra Envelopes

If you order more envelopes than you have addresses in your spreadsheet, the remaining envelopes will be printed with your return address only. If no return address is provided, the extras will be sent blank.
