Click Personalize to open our liner designer. Upload your image, then drag and resize it to fit the liner. The guide lines show you exactly where it will be cut:

  • Bleed (red dashed line): stretch your artwork past this line so there are no white edges
  • Trim (solid line): where the liner is cut
  • Safety (green dashed line): keep text and logos inside this line

When you're done, you'll see a preview of your liner inside an envelope. Approve it and it goes straight to your cart.

Tips for the Best Print

  • Use a high-resolution image (JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF or SVG)
  • No crop marks or borders needed. We handle the sizing.
  • Everything in your design prints exactly as placed

Good to Know

  • Screen colors and paper colors vary, and the preview doesn't show your paper color.
  • Reordering a past design? Enter your previous order number in the reprint field above.

Important Information

  • Envelope liners are cut-to-order and considered a custom product. They are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason. Please order a proof before placing a bulk order.
  • This product includes the printed liner only. Envelopes are sold separately.
  • Our envelope liners fit Cards and Pockets proprietary envelopes and may not be compatible with envelopes from other brands.
  • Envelope liners do not include adhesive. We recommend Zip Dry glue or double-sided tape to attach them.
  • If you select mounting to an envelope, it will add 2 to 3 business days of additional processing time.
  • We do not provide digital or photo proofs. We may send you a digital proof only if we find concerns with your file.
  • Review your file carefully. We are not responsible for spelling or grammar mistakes.
  • Extend your design slightly beyond the liner shape on all sides to ensure a seamless cut after die-cutting.
