Shipping Times & Terms

• Orders with regularly stocked items (Pocket Invitations, blank cards, envelopes, cardstock, etc...) currently have an estimated 1-4 business day processing time, although we often ship within 1 day.
• Orders containing printed, mounted, or lasered items have a 1-4 business day processing time. *Orders printed/lasered may need an additional 1-3 business days for file review & approval.
• Orders containing printed acrylic items have a 3-5 business day processing time. *Orders printed/lasered acrylic may need an additional 1-3 business days for file review & approval.
• Special custom order products typically have a 5-15 business day processing time.
• Orders containing optional add-on services: metallic ink, hand torn edges, mounting, corner rounding, scoring, grommet - may need an additional 1-5 business days

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping times are in addition to the estimated Processing time, as explained above.

Bulk orders are shipped via the customer's choice of USPS or UPS. If you order over a weekend with priority/ground shipping, often, you will receive your order by the following weekend!

We understand if you have an IMMEDIATE need, we do offer EXPRESS shipping. EXPRESS shipping is overnight to most locations, but on occasion may require 2 business days. Please email us before 12:00pm EST if you have an emergency and need something NEXT DAY! On most occasions we can work it out for you.

Please refer below for typical UPS delivery times. The UPS posted delivery times are approximate and can sometimes vary +/- 1 day. Delivery times are posted in business days (M-F). Please refer to the UPS Holiday Schedule for more detailed delivery information.

Please note that we are located in New England. Refer to the UPS Ground map to see how quickly the least expensive method (Ground) will arrive to you. For example, it is not always necessary to purchase Next Day Air if the map indicates you are in a 1 day delivery area.





RECEIVING THE PACKAGE

USPS and UPS may require a person to be present at the mailing address for delivery. If a person is not present, the package may be held at the nearest USPS or UPS facility for pick up, for a limited time. If the package is not claimed during this window of time, it will be sent back to Cards & Pockets, Inc. Attempts to re-ship will be at the receiver's expense.

Please note: USPS delivers Monday - Saturday. UPS delivers Monday - Friday and charges an additional $25 for Saturday delivery. Contact us to verify adding this service.

A request for a 'signature waiver/shipper release' on the package may be requested in the 'order notes' of the online Checkout. This is a request for USPS or UPS to leave the package at the door/optimal location of the mailing address. Cards & Pockets, Inc. is not held responsible of loss or theft at the request of a shipper release. Any requests for a specific drop location will be treated as a signature waiver/shipper release.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We DO ship WORLDWIDE. ALL DUTY & CUSTOMS RELATED CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. Couriers may charge a small customs collection fee (COD) by cash/check, upon package delivery. Rate varies between locations. International packages are marked as manufactured in the U.S.A. We do not misrepresent the value of our products under any circumstances. Shipping times are in addition to assembly times.

Canada shipments via UPS conveniently pay all import taxes during the online checkout process. You will not need to pay any additional fees when your package arrives. Sample orders via USPS will not incur any taxes upon arrival as well.

United Kingdom & Australia shipments will have an import tax that the courier will collect at delivery (excluding sample orders).
